Reed was founded in 1960 and leads the recruitment market in the UK today. Over the past 60 years the business has grown to become the UK’s favourite recruiter. We haven’t lost our original spirit of innovation, with a rich history of providing market leading, creative solutions. Consultancy+ is the latest in this long history of providing solutions that change the industry.

Consultancy+ shares and supports the Reed values of being fair, open and honest; working together, but also taking ownership in everything that we do. Our PMO

All of our projects run through our Programme Management Office (PMO).

That doesn’t mean you’ll be drowning under our paperwork or administration. Instead, its in place to set the standards and provide governance for everything Consultancy+ delivers. The specialist, custom built project platform that underpins our PMO team gives total visibility and control over your projects.

Our PMO team’s involvement in your project varies greatly. From providing high level spend and progress reporting, through to a dedicated on-site / virtual resource as part of the delivery team. This flexes to your needs, and all depends on the way forward for you.

Frameworks

We deliver services to a range of Public Sector Contracting Authorities. As such, our services are available via a number of Public Sector Frameworks.

Consultancy+ are the sole provider to YPO’s Managing Consultancy and Professional Services framework. We design solutions that work, and deliver best value, whether that’s engagements billed on time, or output based projects through a statement of work.

Our mission is to provide the public sector with a simple yet flexible and compliant route to manage, consolidate and clearly demonstrate the value, available through Services Procurement.

We can be engaged by the public sector to support in buying, designing, building and delivering digital outcomes by deploying appropriate specialists (and specialist teams) to deliver agile software development projects.

We are a supplier to Lot 1 Business Services. Via this route we partner with Public Sector bodies to deliver projects that range from HR and organisational change projects through to assessment center design and delivery.
