This webinar will launch our IR35 awareness and solutions campaign running from October 2020 through to April 2021 and will offer you practical guidance on what the IR35 changes are, but more importantly, what you can do to manage them effectively.

Our panel will share their insight from working with over 100 different organisations in preparing for and implementing the changes:

• Steve Dilley, Managing Consultant for HR Transformation & Change, will discuss the CEST tool, looking at the logic behind the test and what determines engagements 'inside' and 'outside' of IR35, along with sharing some approaches to implementing the determinations.
• James Bridgland, Consulting Director, will outline his experience with change management in other organisations and what solutions you can look to implement to protect your company from a compliance, continuity, and cost perspective.
